To begin, it's a very interesting title. The cat does almost look like he/she (?) is getting ready and stretching before going to do a ballet performance. The quality of the photograph is very good, and it really captured every detail. I particularly like the cat's eyes, the sudden splash of cool blue in amidst the beige and brown of it's fur really brings the photo to life. I also love how the background is slightly blurry, it brings your focus even more to the cat, making it impossible not to appreciate the feline's subtle grace and beauty. The expression of deep focus on the kitten's face gives off a feeling of mystery (I know there's a better word but I couldn't remember what it is), and makes us wonder what the creature is so focused on. All in all, you did a wonderful job capturing this photograph, bravo to you my friend, bravo.
Interesting title. I don't usually go around looking at a whole lot of cat pictures but this one has a pose I don't think I've seen yet -- if nothing else, it certainly adds a sense of uniqueness to this image. Because of that, it exhibits more dynamic emotion that it does cuteness (not that the little furry creature isn't cute nonetheless). Ideally, I think a lighter background would have been a better complement regarding the cat's eyes but that is the only thing I would probably say that may considering changing.
I think this was a very intriguing picture and it looks as though that cool cat is dancing!!
You've managed to differentiate yourself from the endless sea of "look at my cute cat" photos by really capturing moments. The blue eyes and the aqua backdrop tie the picture together nicely. Well composed, well timed, bravo.
I noticed the chromatic aberration in the cat's shadow, is that from the lens or saturation in Photoshop? Since it's blue ca it's not distracting at all, it blends right in.
I think this was a very intriguing picture and it looks as though that cool cat is dancing!!
